Projekt-Leiter / Projekt-Leiterin (Nord-Ghana)
Der Verein BRAVEAURORA – Austrian House for African Children, sucht ab sofort einen Projekt-Leiter / eine Projekt-Leiterin für einen Aufenthalt in Nord-Ghana (Ort Guabuliga) von mindestens 1 Jahr (bevorzugt länger).
Anforderungsprofil:

• Ausbildung im Sozialbereich (z.B. abgeschlossenes Studium der EZA im In- oder Ausland,
• Studium der Sozialen Arbeit, Studium der Sozialwissenschaften, etc.)
• Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit, sowie Erfahrung im
• Bereich der Gemeinwesenarbeit und Familienreintegration
• Idealerweise Führungserfahrung
• Idealerweise Auslandserfahrung
• Mindestalter 24 Jahre
• Interkulturelle Kompetenz
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Hohe Belastbarkeit
• Zuverlässigkeit
• Flexibilität
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und Bereitschaft eine neue Sprache zu erlernen

• Agieren als Projekt-Verantwortlicher vor Ort (Waisenhaus mit 45 Kindern) und zugleich als Bindeglied zwischen dem Vorstand von BRAVEAURORA in Europa, den Mitarbeitern von BRAVEAURORA in Guabuliga, den Volunteers von BRAVEAURORA vor Ort und der Bevölkerung des Ortes Guabuliga (pro-aktiver Dialog und enge Kommunikation mit dem Dorf)
• Gesamtkoordination des Projektes vor Ort in engem Austausch mit dem Vorstand von BRAVEAURORA
• Vernetzung/Kooperationen/enger Austausch mit Kooperationspartnern und anderen Organisationen vor Ort
• Unterstützung der von BRAVEAURORA angestellten Sozialarbeiter vor Ort bei der Re-Integration der Waisenkinder (Re-Integration ist das oberste Ziel von BRAVEAURORA)
• Abhalten von regelmäßigen Dorfmeetings und Interviews
• Diskussion über die gemeinsam entwickelten Pläne hinsichtlich der Durchführbarkeit und der Ressourcen mit den Dorfbewohnern
• Aktive Einbindung der Dorfbewohner in den gesamten Projektentwicklungsprozess
