Die OeAD GmbH führt – in einer Arbeitsgemeinschaft mit dem Lateinamerika-Institut (LAI) - das neue OEZA-Programm zur Förderung von Hochschulkooperationen zwischen Nord und Süd durch. Ziel ist es, Kooperationen zwischen österreichischen Hochschulen und Hochschulen in den OEZA-Schwerpunktländern und -regionen zu fördern, die Qualität in Lehre und Forschung an den beteiligten Universitäten zu steigern, das Management und die Verwaltung der Einrichtungen effektiver zu machen und den wissenschaftlichen Dialog national und international zu forcieren.
